Truck & loaded dimensions
Start with the places you know. Save a draft now if measurements or permits are still pending; leave unknown values blank. Enter the full measured width, including protrusions—not the amount over normal width. Dimensions use decimal feet (for example, 10 ft 6 in = 10.5). Actual loaded dimensions are required before route review. Device copies stay here. Use Save trip to account to open the originals and route on another device.

Keep every route and condition page. A single photo or PDF scans after saving. For several files, all originals save first; then scan each one below. Choose one state permit at a time.
Verified geometry & turn-by-turn instructions
Use a lawful provider export or a reviewed manual transcription. Each maneuver must reference the original route line and include detailed coordinates in [latitude, longitude] order. A straight line between distant points is not a navigable road.
Check every saved route line
Each nonblank line in the saved route needs a maneuver reference. Keep route instructions intact; headers or conditions mixed into route text require manual reconciliation with the original, not automatic skipping.

Hazmat routing
Keep the authorized route and the cargo restrictions together. For hazmat-only travel, add a carrier hazmat route-plan record for each state with its original written route and verified geometry.
Route geometry appears after import. No road basemap or offline map tiles are included.
