Effective August 31, 2026. By using Drivers Lounge you agree to these rules and acknowledge the limitations of community and road-intelligence information.
Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while driving. Navigation, road reports, scale reports, parking information, weather, routing and other road intelligence are advisory informational aids and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Drivers must verify and obey official posted signs, permits, restrictions, clearances, laws and instructions from authorities; those official requirements always control over information shown in Drivers Lounge.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and do not impersonate another person, carrier or business. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Do not post threats, harassment, hate, illegal content, private personal information, spam, scams or content intended to deceive other users. Drivers Lounge may moderate, restrict or remove content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legality or platform integrity.
Carrier reviews should reflect a driver's own current or former employment experience. Reviews must not contain knowingly false statements, confidential information, personal attacks or private information about individual employees. Carriers may be allowed to respond, but legitimate criticism is not removed merely because it is negative.
Carrier identity and safety information may come from public government datasets or other authorized sources. Drivers Lounge does not control the accuracy or timing of third-party data and may display the source or last-sync date where available.
Unless Drivers Lounge expressly states otherwise for a specific transaction, listings connect users and do not make Drivers Lounge the carrier, broker, shipper, employer, seller, buyer, repair provider or contracting party. Users must independently verify counterparties, authority, insurance, equipment and transaction terms.
Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn during development and public release. Drivers Lounge does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific route, freight opportunity, parking space, scale status, carrier rating or business result.
Users can report abusive or inaccurate content. Drivers Lounge may investigate reports, preserve information needed for fraud or safety review, and take action consistent with these terms and applicable law.
